YouTube link counts
We count clicks to YouTube by day, page and destination type (channel, playlist or video). These aggregate counts contain no visitor identifiers and do not measure activity on YouTube.
YOUR VISIT
Read at your own pace.
The reader stores your chapter, paragraph and display preferences in your browser on this device. You can clear your saved position in the reader.
Opening an unreleased book records its title and the time of the click. A random identifier, held only while this page is open, groups repeat clicks into one interested visit per book. We do not store your name, email or IP address in this report. A new page load or device counts as a new visit.
We keep aggregate daily page-view counts, page paths and broad referral categories such as YouTube or Google. No cookies or persistent visitor identifiers are used for this counter. It does not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referring addresses or URL query strings. The owner’s signed-in visits and recognised bots are excluded. Counts measure opened pages, not individual people.
Network addresses may be held briefly in server memory to limit repeated requests. They are not written to the traffic or book-interest reports.
If analytics is configured, we ask permission before loading it. It records page visits and reading actions to help us improve the site. We do not send the manuscript text, saved paragraph or payment information as reading events.
YouTube opens separately and uses its own privacy settings. This site has no payment checkout.

Online reading requires no account. Your browser keeps reading preferences and your last paragraph on this device; clearing browser storage removes them.
If you register, your email, registration date and latest reading position are stored privately to provide your account, synchronised progress and the standard PDF. Individual reading histories are not shown in analytics.
Announcements are optional. The checkbox starts unchecked. We store your explicit choice, consent wording and timestamp, and any withdrawal timestamp. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect reading, account progress or PDF access. No general marketing emails are sent.
Change the preference or unsubscribe in your reader account. Release emails, when sending is enabled, must also include an unsubscribe link. Account data is kept while your account is active; request access, correction or deletion at contact@aresfm80.com.
Supabase handles email authentication; Resend delivers sign-in emails from the station. The authentication project is configured in Europe. These providers process your email address and technical delivery or security information to provide sign-in. Your browser stores the session needed to keep you signed in; sign out on shared devices. Reading without an account remains available.
Account processing provides the reading service you request. Next-book emails use your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time. You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your account data, or raise a privacy concern, at contact@aresfm80.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell reader data.
Upcoming-edition interest uses a random browser-session identifier, stored as a hash on the server, to estimate distinct sessions. It does not identify a person or connect interest to an email account. The private owner dashboard shows aggregate views, clicks and conversion rates. Reading metrics contain dates, chapter names, event types and counts; they contain no account identifiers or reading histories.
